*Must be a member of the Arab American National Museum, Cinema Detroit, Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History, Detroit Institute of Arts, The Henry Ford, or The Michigan Theater.
**Movie passes solely include priority admission to all films and panels, while festival passes include access to a hospitality suite and various passholder events.
Passes purchased online by May 22 can be delivered to your door! Select the “Standard Mail” delivery option at check out.
Will Call passes are available for pick up in either Ann Arbor (in the lobby of the Michigan Theater at 603 E. Liberty St, Ann Arbor, MI 48104) or Detroit (at the College for Creative Studies Ford II Building at 201 East Kirby St, Detroit, MI 48202). Will Call – Ann Arbor passes will be available for pickup beginning Wednesday, May 31 at the Michigan Theater. Will Call – Detroit passes will be available for pickup beginning Thursday, June 8 at the College for Creative Studies.
Tickets purchased online can be received one of two ways: via a “Print-at-Home” PDF or at Will Call at the venue the film is playing at.
We highly recommend the emailed PDF option for your tickets! The Print At Home option emails your tickets in a PDF format that you can print on your own computer when you’re ready. No Standing in line. Just print the tickets and bring them to the venue.
Purchase tickets for one show – perfect if you have only a few movies in mind or have limited time at the festival!
Individual tickets will be available for members of the Michigan Theater, the Henry Ford, the Detroit Institute of Arts, the Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History, the Arab American National Museum, and Cinema Detroit beginning Tuesday, May 9.
Tickets will be available to the general public beginning Friday, May 12.
In addition to purchasing shows one-by-one, you can purchase a ticket “4-pack.” 4-packs are priced at a discount; $30 for members and $42 for non members.

- Redeem in Person: Come to any Cinetopia Box Office during box office hours. Please bring a printed copy of this email to expedite your order.
THE FINE PRINT
Passes are non-transferable. Cinetopia reserves the right to request a pass holder surrender their pass at any time. Pass holders must vacate the auditorium between screenings.
For priority admission, pass holders must be in line at least 30 minutes prior to the film’s scheduled start time. Remaining seats unclaimed by pass holders will be sold to the public stating 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
I LOST MY TICKETS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
In the event that you have misplaced your Cinetopia tickets, please contact the Michigan Theater Box Office at (734) 668-8397. Cinetopia personnel will locate your ticket order in our system by order number or the last name of the purchaser.
IF A SCREENING SELLS OUT ONLINE, WILL TICKETS STILL BE AVAILABLE?Potentially. To check on availability of tickets the day of a screening, simply show up at the venue 30 minutes before the screening begins and ask!
CAN TICKET PURCHASES BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED?We regret that tickets cannot be refunded except in the case of a cancelled screening. Exchanges, when possible, will be subject to a $3 processing fee.
