I lost my tickets! What should I do?
In the event that you have misplaced your Cinetopia tickets, please contact the Michigan Theater Box Office at (734) 668-8397.
If a screening sells out online, will tickets still be available?
Potentially! To check on availability of tickets the day of a screening, simply show up at the venue 30 minutes before the screening begins and ask.
Can tickets be refunded or exchanged?
Unfortunately, tickets cannot be refunded except in the case of a cancelled screening. Exchanges, when possible, will be subject to a $3 processing fee.
I just ordered a pass. How do I get it?
VIP passes purchased online before August 1 will be delivered to your door! VIP passes will be mailed out in early August to the billing address used to process your order. You will receive an email notification when your VIP pass is mailed and should allow a few days after that for delivery.
All other passes and VIP passes purchased on and after August 1 will be available for will-call pick up only. Dates and times for will-call pick up at the Michigan Theater will begin in July 2020. Dates and times will be sent out in advance to all pass holders.
During the festival, will-call pick up will be available at our Central Box Office locations. Central Box Office locations and dates and times will be announced in July 2020.
Student passes are will call pick up only. Valid student ID required at pick up.
Can I upgrade my pass?
Of course! After your purchase, if you would like to upgrade your pass, please reach out to our box office team.
Any upgrade to your already purchased pass will be the difference between the current cost of the pass you wish to upgrade to and the pass you purchased.
